Annie Wersching Bio

Annie Wersching was born March 28 1977. She is an American actress. Her role includes Renee Walker on the American TV show 24. Motion capture and voice work was also performed for Tess in the Naughty Dog videogame The Last of Us. Wersching was born and was raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated in 1995 from Crossroads College Preparatory School. She was a competitor in Irish dance throughout her childhood and was a part of the St. Louis Celtic Dancers. Millikin University gave her a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, which she graduated in 1999. Wersching started her acting career through a guest appearance on the television show Star Trek: Enterprise, and then moved to guest-starring roles on shows such as Charmed, Killer Instinct, Supernatural as well as Cold Case. She played Amelia Joffe, a recurring character on ABC's daytime soap drama General Hospital from March 2007 to November 2007. Additionally, she worked at theaters like Victory Gardens and Marriott Lincolnshire. In 2014, she was the regular series star for the Amazon Prime crime drama Bosch. Wersching was a catcher on the National League during the 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends, Celebrity Softball Game and 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends. Wersching also played the role in the role of Tess in The Last of Us on PlayStation 3. Geoff Keighley teased her character via Twitter before she was revealed in the Spike Video Game Awards story trailer on December 7th 2012. Wersching was set to take on the character of the Borg Queen on Star Trek: Picard in September 2021.
