Uma Karuna Thurman was an American actor best known as the character 'Mia Wallace'" in the dark comedy movie "Pulpfiction." She became an Hollywood A-list actor for her part in the movie Pulp Fiction. The actress is a true professional who's not afraid of losing her glamor. The role she played in the "Kill Bill" film series earned her accolades and admiration. She was raised in an unconventional family, with names that sounded like Hinduism. Growing up, the lanky girl was often laughed of because of her angular physique and huge feet. The girl was at times insecure about her physique and looks. Today, she's renowned as a stunningly beautiful woman. She took up drama in high school and noticed that it allowed her to calm down. She quit school when she was 15 because she believed she was a talented actor. At first, she had to earn her livelihood by doing cooking and modelling, eventually getting small roles in movies.
