Annie wersching
Anne Marie Wersching was born in St. Louis and raised in the city. She chose early to pursue working within the entertainment field which included performing in community theater and then as a dancer for a period of 14 years in The St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers. Following her move to Chicago, she acted in various touring plays as well as performed at the Utah Shakespearean Festival. Wersching earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Musical Theatre at the Millikin University School of Theater and Dance Decatur in Illinois in 1999. A few years later, after moving to Los Angeles she made her debut on screen in Star Trek: Enterprise and an adaptation at Pasadena Playhouse of the Stephen Sondheim - Richard Rodgers - Arthur Laurents musical. A testament to her acting skills include a string of lengthy appearances on prime time shows like 24 The Vampire Diaries Timeless. She also gave a thoroughly convincing performance as extrovert rookie detective Julia Brasher, involved with Bosch within the LAPD's Hollywood Division on both a professional as well as a personal scale.
